35 years of Kustan in Rudolstadt. Together with the entire Rudolstadt team, families, friends and many former colleagues, we looked back on three and a half decades of plastic engineering expertise, team spirit and innovation. We were especially honored to welcome our first Managing Director Hans-Jürgen Mortag, who founded the site in 1990 - just one year after the fall of the Berlin Wall - and successfully led it into the future.
Honoring long-term commitment. Credit where credit is due: Jana Bamberg, Daniel Bähring and Jens Müller were recognized for an incredible 30 years of service - a true sign of commitment, loyalty and team spirit. And, of course, Uwe Bamberg and Nico Albrecht were not to be missed: With an impressive 34 years of service, they are our longest-serving employees in Rudolstadt and real cornerstones of the Rudolstadt team.
Between memories and the future. Between many pleasant conversations, children's laughter and a great atmosphere, one thing became clear once again: our greatest strength lies in the people who shape the future here day after day - with expertise, passion and heart.
Looking ahead. We look back with pride on 35 successful years - and at the same time look forward with energy. Here's to the next decades full of innovation, teamwork, and systems that simply run smoothly!
