KUSTAN has stood for expertise in the processing of thermoplastics since 1977 and is active worldwide as a company in the field of plant engineering.
With qualified, interdisciplinary teams at the Gelsenkirchen and Rudolstadt sites, we offer you the entire range of services from planning to production and assembly.
The core competencies of our company are the development and design as well as the manufacture and assembly of plants, tanks, pipelines, apparatus, plant components and special constructions made of thermoplastics in the water, chemical, air and technology sectors as well as their maintenance and service.
We are inspected and recognized as a specialist company in accordance with the German Water Resources Act (WHG) and approved for the following areas of activity:
- Tank production, installation, set-up
- Maintenance, installation of leak indicators, installation of overfill protection devices
- Installation of pipelines, drip pans and MSR equipment.
Both KUSTAN sites are monitored by TÜV Rheinland Industrie Service GmbH.
As a manufacturer of thermoplastic flat-bottom tanks and collection systems with a volume of up to 50 m³, we have general building inspectorate approvals from the German Institute for Building Technology, DIBt Berlin.
Our sites are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 in the areas of development and planning, production, assembly and maintenance of thermoplastic systems.
Our main customers are operators of systems such as acid mixing systems, tank and production systems for chemicals, exhaust air purification systems, exhaust gas scrubbers or aerosol separators in various industries, e.g. in the accumulator industry or chemical surface treatment.
We serve many customers across all industries who use chemicals in their main and secondary processes.
