With effect from 01st of January 2020 the two companies Kustan GmbH (former Kustan GmbH & Co. KG) and Inbatec GmbH are independent and equal subsidiary companies of RedDotPlastics GmbH, specifically established for this purpose. For you as customer / partner / supplier of Kustan and/or Inbatec nothing changes. All contracts and agreements will retain their validity and your contact persons at Kustan and/or Inbatec will remain unchanged.
Both Kustan and Inbatec are already successful in the field of plastic plant engineering for many years and in the market firmly renowned and established. Both companies stand for high quality and innovative solutions. Through the cooperation of Kustan and Inbatec we expect an even stronger positioning in the market.
